It looks like the old stargate package-info javadocs somehow got dropped when
it replaced the REST code in 0.90. Was pointed out on IRC that the package
docs existed here:
http://hbase.apache.org/docs/r0.20.6/api/org/apache/hadoop/hbase/stargate/package-summary.html
We should pull them out of 0.20 into 0.90 and make whatever updates necessary.
Seems to be causing some confusion with users getting started.
