How long before cli, thrift, and rest get the treatment? Could this be done
later in separate patch? W/o it, it would mean that tables not in default
namespace would be unaddressable?
Yeah, HC/HCM should probably be evolving at least.
On the tableOrRegionName, yeah, should probably a utility that is called to
figure out which and then once that is known, the appropriate api is called.
Not sure why the commons-io. Ditto on test failures. Yes, possible unrelated
to your changes.
