Got the results back from my it test run.  Everything seemed to work very well.

bq.there won't be < 1 second between servers showing up?
This just make sure that ChaosMonkey waits at least one second before starting 
a replacement server.  Seems like the master's confused about state when it 
comes back so soon after dying.
