This was just to provide an example. Goal was to show that other applications
are already using nano instead on milli, so we might be able to do that too.
Regarding Mononotic, documentation says:
CLOCK_MONOTONIC
Clock that cannot be set and represents monotonic time since some
unspecified starting point.
"cannot be set"... Seems that even NTPs can't modify that.
