Taking a look I see this when the test runs:
MaxFileDescriptor=4096 (was 4096), SystemLoadAverage=997 (was 1040)
If that is to believe, it is a crazy load and we are maxed out on fd's; test
probably cannot pass on such a system.
Maybe it is lost cause trying to make unit tests pass on apache.
