I think the patch is ok. As to the recordMetaRegion issue Rajesh mentioned, I
think it is ok to error out. We can run hbck again.
For the second issue Rajesh mentioned, about checkMetaRegion, the current patch
is fine, right? It handles both meta is not assigned, and it is double
assigned. Anything did I miss?
