Oh bother. I also just found one API remnant that uses ByteBuffer instead of
(ByteRange instead of) byte[]. I'll go back through one more time and clean it
up.
[~nkeywal] I see you uploaded a new patch, but diff show me no delta. Was there
some other change you intended?
