I just started HBase for the first time with namespaces and looking at the web
UIs it seems like there's something better we could do.
In the master, what about different tabs for each namespace? Or maybe a drop
down? It seems we should at least list them somewhere.
In the region server's web UI, the tables are already sorted by namespace, but
could we group them and only show a list once a user selects a particular
namespace?
Should we have a new namespaces page?
