Currently admin page is recommended to be protected and only accessible by
administrators as it exposes potentially sensitive information as well as
actions (ie compact, split, etc).
Other hadoop components (ie HDFS, YARN), secures their admin pages. We should
do the same. We should be able to leverage some of the pieces they used.
