P.s. If an older .replogs exists from around an upgrade (say 0.90 to X?), then
the warning from the master would still throw up. No big deal though, as it
does not hamper the master startup. We could rel-note the ticket that the
{{.replogs/}} may be safely deleted from HDFS.
