Why is unplug followed by kill?
It seems like UnplugActionBase with 2 methods is not necessary, each method is
only called by one subclass.
Restart action has a bunch of subclasses iirc so it uses this pattern.
Might make sense to comment somewhere that these actions require sudo. What do
they do if executed on minicluster/local run?
