Would be awesome to have every it test derive from the same base class that all
allow setting of which ChaosMonkey.Actions to run.
Something like:
hbase org.apache.hadoop.hbase.test.IntegrationTestLoadAndVerify
-Dverify.reduce.tasks=12 -DchaosMonkeyActionSet=SlowDeterministic loadAndVerify
