Changing the remaining exposed <? extends Cell> percolates and changes Result's
InterfaceAudience.Public apis so thus would cause apps to have to be modified
on an upgrade. (yuck!) So I think what is in the first patch is sufficient.
There is more KV comparator cleanup coming but it can be a follow on since even
though they are public they should be used less frequently and because they are
"more" internal than Result's api.
