The improvements to compaction committed recently -- the per Store stuff --
broke this test because the new stuff by-passes compactions if there is nothing
to compact (Thats what we want). The test checks compaction pre and post were
called for CPs. This patch just has the test add more data to the table,
enough for the compaction to run.
