[~jmspaggi] The TableName stuff is not in 0.94. The change to how you
construct an HBaseAdmin may be needed in 0.94. I'm thinking that it probably
time to move this stuff into java. It is too important and seems easy enough
to break. What you think? Would be ok to have your improvements in trunk,
etc., in the meantime though (I did not study closely why the regions were not
restored exactly as they had been pre-restart). Thanks boss.
