I have run tests related to table creation and availability checking.
Namely this code in LoadIncrementalHFiles:

while (!conn.isTableAvailable(table.getTableName()) &&
(ctr<TABLE_CREATE_MAX_RETRIES)) {
{code}
TestHFileOutputFormat, TestLoadIncrementalHFiles and TestAdmin.
Please outline what more test(s) should be devised.
