Release Note:
Do a reversed client scan by setting 'reversed' as true in Scan.Java.
A new configuration "hbase.client.reversedscanner.maxbyte.length" is imported
for reversed scan.
Its value represents how big row in table will be. e.g. The default value is 9,
means the biggest row in the table are smaller than nine (byte)0xff
