#1 works if you are ok with that. Then there's a new way to manage scanning
with the approach in this issue, or backwards compatible URL constructions aka
RowSpec for the old behavior. Let's see how it goes. Perhaps we adopt this new
way (e.g. GET on /table with query parameters) as better, since it streams, and
deprecate the old RowSpec way of addressing cells.
