The problem is SnapshotTestingUtils.confirmSnapshotValid() that is not using
the SnapshotReferenceUtil.visitRegionStoreFiles() but is trying to loop through
the dir...
The MasterSnapshotVerifier in the main code path will never fail for that
reason.
also the patch doesn't contain the fix for the online code path
HRegion.addRegionToSnapshot()
