I tested the patch while creating a table with 10000 regions using
createTableAsync. Tested it thrice and isTableAvailable worked as expected.
(the only weird thing was createTableAsync always threw a Socket timeout
exception and I had to catch it and move on. Of course that should be raised
somewhere else I guess).
