So we should rename the Cell raw() to Cell rawCells() and provide a deprecated
and inefficient KeyValue[] raw() method.
For one dependent system we were talking about backporting parts of the cell
api back to 0.94's kv (#getValueArray, #getRowArray, #getFamilyArray,
#getColumArray) so that a conversion could be done in 0.94 in a way that is
mostly ready work in 0.96. If [~lhofhansl] is amenable to that I could get
that done hopefully in the next week.
