bq.hlogForMeta would only appear in one Grouper instance. Is it possible to
abstract the notion of hlogForMeta out of Grouper ?
YEs Ted, this should be possible. I was also thinking on that. So that no
other grouper need to bother on getting an hlog for meta.
bq.isRollerAlive -> isAnyRollerAlive
