In some scenarios, when am sure that the Reader creation while region opening
would fail, it would be better if the region still opens with a warning. This
would ensure that atleast the data that is available can be read instead of
failing the region assignment.
Agree that, this should be based on a configuration. If you feel this is ok, I
can give a patch. The patch would just collect a list of store files for which
the region opening failed and just log those files.
