We will shortly have have three levels of InterfaceAudience:
* Public - APIs for users and hbase applications. We will deprecate these apis
through major versions.
* LimitedPublic(HBaseInterfaceAudience.COPROC) - APIs for hbase coprocessor
writers. As of 0.92/0.94/0.96 this api is still unstable. No guarantees on
compat with future versions.
* Private - APIs for hbase internals developers. No guarantees on compat or
availability in future versions.
