Elliott, JD, I'm interested to have your exact test scenario, it does help ;-)
I've done a test w/ and w/o HBASE-9609, it seems that HBASE-9609 makes a
difference here. I'm seeing 2K threads w/o it, and less than 100 when it's in.
Could you please confirm?
