I have a plan to compare this l2 cache with the original bucket cache in the
next weeks, so assign to me right now, please feel free to assign back or
others if it had been working:)
My plan is backport to 0.94.3 internal codebase first, then do some
apple-to-apple tests, if the result is positive, then i will make a trunk patch.
