In overnight runs, I am not seeing this failure any more. I see others that
fail the tests -- Master comes up but cluster can't find it -- but not this
one. This current run is almost done. Will remove as blocker if I don't see
it after run complietes (it failed all runs up to the commit of this patch --
though I don't think the patch is the fix... I'm now thinking it
environmental).
