Configuration information is currently located in 2 different chapters (Getting
Started, Configuration) and what makes it a little more confusing is that there
is an Upgrading chapter wedged in-between.
This is a non-trivial reorganization that...
1) Takes the "not so simple" configuration and moves it to Configuration
2) Configuration chapter has been reorganized .
The Upgrade chapter has been moved after Configuration.
