I took original patch from 8534 for 0.94, added the addendum, plus made the
following fixes:
1) rewritten LauncherSecurityManager, added TempSystemStream to make the
SecurityManager and System.out/err substitution more reliable;
2) fixed test TestWALPlayer#testWALPlayer() : due to UTILS.configuration
object reuse the test used the same folder specified by
WALPlayer.BULK_OUTPUT_CONF_KEY in previous test, and failed. Fixed by using
different config instances, + additional checks.
3) fixed test TestRowCounter#testRowCounterHiddenColumn() : wrong assertion was
provided (2), while 10 is in trunk: looks like a fix was backported to 0.94.
