Just noticed this while testing 0.94.14RC1. The status is tracked, updating
start/n/end counts, but the complete % is 100% for the entire job. This is
probably just a minor thing in the testing tool, but making a note for myself
to check the MapReduce implementation to make sure it's not a deeper bug.
