is due to the 3 seconds are a little bit shorter in some case because each
split log task acquire could take a bit time which spent in ZK and sleep
between. You can change the following timeout to 6000(6 seconds) in file
TestSplitLogWorker upon your commit or I can submit a small patch on that.
