Description:
Currently only htm[l] files are filtered out when test-patch.sh looks for patch
attachment.
In the email thread, 'Extensions for patches accepted by QA bot', consensus was
to accept the following file extensions only:
.patch
.txt
.diff

The following files should be excluded as well:
.pdf
.xlsx
.jpg
.png
