It would be no harm if others knew how to do this [~jeffreyz] It is a bit of a
pain to do it the first time. If you can't figure it or just would rather not
do it, just say and I can push no problem. I tried to doc. how here:
http://hbase.apache.org/book.html#hbase.org The doc. might need tweaking too.
