I've tried reproducing this locally with 100 reps under Hadoop 2 and Hadoop 1.1
with no luck. HadoopQA result with patch here is good so I'm going to commit to
trunk and 0.98 to see if this addresses the Christmastime coal that ASF Jenkins
delivered into my stocking.
