I tried out the pattern in HBASE-9858 but the core change is that extended the
MultiThreadedReader/Writer/Updater and overridden some of the methods in them.
So wanted to execute the puts/gets and all the mutations as a specific user.
The user list and the permissions are passed as input to the tool.
When we run this as a cluster how to run a specific action with a specific
user? Using user.runAs did not work as expected.
