[~deephacks] Mind pasting the exceptions here? Supply a subclass of HMaster
in your tests, one that loads a NullOutputStream to satisfy any references?
You can specify alternate HMaster with configuraiton. See how we pass in
'class' to construct in HMaster main and how in local cluster tests, we pass a
Master override.
