This patch has the LoadGenerator changes as in HBASE-9858. That is why the
patch is bit big. Added to that also has the changes in the LoadTesttool and
the writer/reader and updater changes also that helps to do puts and gets as a
particular user.
Certain users are passed with only WRITE permissions. There is still one more
scenario that needs to be verified. Not the final one. Needs some refactoring
too.
Tries to handle expected null values for ACL for users with only WRITE
permissions.
