[~enis] Thanks. I'd go w/ [[email protected]] says. It is a refactor
and over the last few days -- thank god for our unit test coverage (I heart
unit tests) -- the contract is 'involved'; it has arrived too late for 0.98
(1.0 is soon enough hopefully).
That said, it is ready for review/commit. If someone wants me to walk them
through it, just ping me... it might save some time.
