I would have preferred if TestSecureLoadIncrementalHFiles had failed.
Actually, why *doesn't* it fail? Looking through the code, it should have 
called exactly the method that fails, yet it passes locally (without this 
change here).

I'll have a look at that, when as soon as I get a chance.
