bq.In my understanding, whole hfile is deleted on minor compaction if all of
the cells in it are outside of TTL. Deletion of cells is a result of deletion
of hfiles
hmmm...not exactly, expired cells will also be deleted on minor compaction even
though the hosting hfiles are not deleted as a whole(if hfiles include
unexpired cells)
