This issue is not showing up in JIRA generated release notes for 0.98.0RC0 even
though it has been committed there, because this is not resolved. We should
commit this to 96 and 94 and resolve the issue, or change the fix versions and
resolve the issue. I'm going to come back tonight and do the latter.
