Yes HBASE-9689 added support to pass the op attrs via shell and can be
used to pass the per cell acls. For visibility labels we have added specific
support in shell so that for the user, no need to know the op attr key to be
used.
put "tabname", "rk", "col", "val", {VISIBILITY='labels'}
Same way can be there for acl also? Low priority task. What do u say?
