There was a troubleshooting entry in FAQ that really should have been in the
Troubleshooting chapter.
Removed FAQ entry that was already represented in Troubleshooting.
Refactored FAQ to just point to Troubleshooting and Performance in general,
rather than posing specific questions. That way we won't duplicate entries.
