See attached as 'xdoc.diff' the change made to the trunk site source.
I also regenerated the 0.94 docs using 0.94.16 since they haven't been updated
since 0.94.6.
See attached as 'status.txt.gz' the output of the 'svn status' command for the
resulting staged commit. I am posting this JIRA first because I'm surprised at
the number of deletions. Either I haven't enabled all site options correctly or
there have not been cleanups for some time. Browsing the generated doc locally
looks fine as far as I can tell.
