Interestingly we got requests from other projects to keep more versions around.
We currently have three active release branches: 0.94, 0.96, and 0.98. All of
them are actively developed and actively used.
Since this is a database we have support the older branches going forward with
new releases. Having those in "archive" is not appropriate.
I went ahead and deleted the 0.94.14, and 0.94.15 releases, so only 0.94.16 is
left.
[~stack], I assume it's OK to also remove 0.96.0, and 0.96.1? Your call. When
we do this we'd have 0.94.16, 0.96.1.1, and 0.98.0 as current releases.
