Am trying to see if we can make things work using SamePrefixComparator.
bq.But every where we need to create Keyvalue.createKeyValueFromKey before
using the cell way of comparison
This could be a costly operation but if we need to avoid this then the byte[]
way of storing the index keys should also be changed to Cells. But that should
be done in a seperate JIRA i suppose.
