Here's patch. There is one bug with how dec counters is called, I fixed it. It
would dec counters even if someone else already set the result. Although I'm
not sure if it's actually what's happening. Does seem to be coming from
trySetResultSimple, so might be the case.
Also added logging and assert before it goes into negative. Is it possible to
get client logs with this patch? Is this integration test committed?
