We never checked anything into 0.94. Lots of discussion about dependencies in
0.96, thought it better to start a new jira.
[~jesse_yates], FYI. Please have a look. These are essentially the same classes
that I had checked into our internal repo. Not sure about were the bit came
from that I had based them on.
