Let's see if we can work this issue now that it's open.
Not you necessarily, fenghh but sometimes JIRAs are opened for test failures
and then left alone without resolution for a while. We should get away from
that practice and open JIRAs for test failures only when we have identified the
cause or have a patch to fix the problem. Otherwise the JIRAs don't add value
above and beyond what the Jenkins reports and emails already provide.
