Started with 0.98.0 master, 0.98.0 RS x 3, and 0.98.1 RS x 2. Created snapshot,
cloned new table from snapshot, deleted snapshot, created snapshot. Restarted
master switching over to 0.98.1, cloned new table from snapshot, deleted
snapshot.
